Workers are entitled to paid annual leave of no less than 21 days, increasing to 30 days after five years of service.

3. Working Hours
The maximum working hours are 8 hours per day or 48 hours per week, with exceptions during the month of Ramadan.

4. Social Insurance
Employers must register employees with the social insurance system.

5. Safe Working Environment
Workers have the right to work in a safe and healthy environment.
